How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?

All our products are created on demand, which means that your product will go into production shortly after your order has been processed. Customer(s) can expect to receive their products 10-21 business days after their payment has been received and their order processed.

 Production time

We typically take about 3-10 business days to make your product, depending on the type of product ordered.

Detail time frame for production correspondence with products group as below:

• Printed apparel (normal/ partial printing): 3-5 business days
• All Over Print apparel and products (Full Prints): 7-10 business days
• Blanket : 7-14 business days
• Bandana/Neck Gaiter and Mask: 4 - 6 business days.

Shipping time

Customers acknowledge and agree that the stated delivery time frame of 7-21 business days is an estimate, and under certain instances deliveries may exceed or be less than the stated time frame.

• Blanket : 7-14 business days
• International orders may take an additional 1-2 weeks.

All our shipments are provided with a tracking link. Please feel free to follow the tracking link to check your delivery status.

How much should I pay for shipping?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. At this current time, we have two shipping options, they are Fast shipping, and Standard shipping.

How do I change my order information?

• You could change the product code, size of the item, and the quantity of the order within the first 24-48 hours after you have placed your order on our website.
• If you have made a mistake and chose the wrong address to be delivered. Not to worry, you can change your address within the first 48-72 hours.

Re-ship

Below cases will be considered for re-ship:

• Missing or Incorrect Item: If you were missing an item, received the wrong item or wrong size, no worries!  We will double-check on our system, and re-ship for you if the errors belong to us.
• Invalid Address: If your address has been determined to be invalid, we will need you to verify your address. If you sent us the correct information within the time frame but unfortunately we missed your information, we will re-send for you. Please double-check "How do I can change order information" to see more about the valid time to correct the address.
• Dead Letter: If the tracking number shows “Dead Letter” ! Please let us know, we will contact with the unit shipping, and find some sulutions to this problem. In case, there is no way of handling the issue, we will process reship for you. No worries!

Please note that all above prices are in USD.

Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?

• We only offer single destination shipping. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separate addresses.

Can I ship to a PO box or Military APO/ FPO?

• You can have your order shipped to PO boxes and military APO/ FPO.
• Shipment to APOs can take up to 40-45 days to be delivered. Please note that once your parcel has entered the army area, we will not be able to update the status of shipping for security reasons.

• We do not process a refund/reprint in the following cases:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested ...)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not being cleared by your country's customs, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing "delivered" in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but gotten lost).
  • If 5 days have gone by since you get your items

VAT taxes will be charged?

• We do not collect any tax for international shipping. All taxes and duties fees are the responsibility of the receiver.
• The VAT charges may be vary according to the country. We recommend contacting your local custom officer for more information.
